chanted meditation sessions
We hold regular chanted meditations at the centre. These are beautiful chanted prayers sung in English which help us to receive inspiration and increase peace throughout the world. By drawing close to the enlightened beings we develop a calm, balanced mind and awaken our own potential for enlightenment.

*In these sessions there is up to 30 minutes of silence for engaging in meditation. You may like to meditate on one of the stages of the path to enlightenment (Lamrim) which are explained in the New Meditation Handbook (library copies are available).
**These chanted meditations include a special food offering (tsog).You are welcome to bring an offering if you wish such as fruit or cake. Please feel free to stay for the tsog party afterwards when we enjoy the food ourselves.
