Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a
more positive approach to life. This half day course provides an
opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to use your
experience of meditation to improve your daily life. A great
course both for beginners and those who wish to improve their

Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Newcastle. With his clear understanding of Buddha’s teachings and down-to-earth manner, he inspires us to develop a peaceful mind, thereby uncovering for ourself a deep contentment and happiness. Mick teaches weekly drop-in classes, day courses, as well as the Foundation Program.
