We spend our lives working hard to fulfil our wish to be happy. We have countless desires but it seems, no matter how much we try to fulfil them, we never feel completely satisfied. There’s always something else, something different, something more that we feel we need. Buddha taught that this is because other people, places and things do not have the power to give us the true happiness we seek.
Drop-in any week and learn how it is possible to deeply relax and truly enjoy life, by liberating your mind from the negative impulse of uncontrolled desire. Discover the lasting peace and true contentment that comes from inner peace.
Everybody is welcome to attend this course, and no previous experience is required.
The teacher of this class is Cara O’Meara who has been practising meditation and Buddhism for 9 years. Cara is a naturally warm and down to earth person, who shares her appreciation for inner development through practical and helpful advice for our daily life.
