The Four Profundities – guided retreat
Join Resident Teacher, Kadam Mick Marcon, as he explains and guides meditations on Buddha’s most profound teaching: The Four Profundities. Through contemplating and meditating on the true nature of reality, emptiness, we can solve all our problems and experience true inner happiness and freedom. Everyone is welcome to attend any or all of the sessions.
Teacher
Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Newcastle and has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2004. With his clear understanding of Buddha’s teachings and down-to-earth manner, he inspires us to develop a pure mind, thereby uncovering for ourself a deep contentment and happiness. Mick teaches weekly drop-in classes, our courses and retreats, as well as the Foundation Program.

Book online ALL FOUR DAYS: $150, ($130 concession), free for members (introduction included).
Pay per session at the centre: $12 full, ($10 concession), free for members. No need to book: pay on the door.
