Drop-in any week and be guided in simple meditation. Discover for yourself the immeasurable benefits of meditation. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a brief talk about meditation and a second guided meditation based on the talk. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The class is located at Losang Dragpa Buddhist Centre, 36 Texas St, Mayfield.
This class is free of charge. There is no need to book.

Melissa Wills has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 7 years. Motivated by a deep wish for everyone to experience inner peace and happiness, Melissa teaches with warmth and humility and is a great example of a person who practices loving kindness.
