How to Be Positive

In this course discover how to develop a more positive attitude at work, home or wherever you are! Learning how to transform an apparent negative into a positive is the real art of positive thinking.

Teacher

Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre and has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2004. With his clear understanding of Buddha’s teachings and down-to-earth manner, Mick inspires us to develop a pure and happy mind.

How to attend class

We now have two options-

1) In person: at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Numbers are strictly limited. Please call ahead to reserve a place.
Cost $12 full, $10 conc, free for LDKBC members.
Please note: social distancing rules apply. Hand sanitiser supplied and to be used upon entry.

2) Live Streaming: Teachings are streamed live, then made available for 48hrs to view.
Cost $10 full, $8 conc, free for LDKBC members.
The online classes/events are open to those who live in the following areas:
-Lake Macquarie
-Newcastle
-Hunter Valley
-Port Stephens
-Mid North Coast up to and including Coffs Harbour
If you live outside these areas, please use the live streaming service of your nearest Kadampa Centre.
