How to Handle Anything
It is completely possible to face even the most challenging situations with a peaceful, accepting and flexible mind. A peaceful mind is our most powerful ally. Only a peaceful mind has the clarity to see potential solutions.
The key to keeping a peaceful mind is understanding that we have the freedom to view things in whatever way is most beneficial. In these classes, we will explore methods to manage the painful feelings that arise when things are tricky, as well as ways to see things in a constructive light, and keep calm no matter what.
Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre and has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2004. With his clear understanding of Buddha’s teachings and down-to-earth manner, Kadam Mick inspires us to develop a pure and happy mind.
