Loss, Loneliness & Isolation
The experience of loss, loneliness and isolation is a universal one. Buddha taught that the end of meeting is parting and the end of birth is death, and while these truths are undeniable, we usually long for the opposite and experience deep, long-lasting pain when we lose someone we love.
In this course, discover how to identify, reduce and let go of these painful feelings through learning to respond in a more positive way and realistic way.
Tony Atkinson has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. His teachings are practical, clear and relevant to daily life.
Patrick Manning started meditation & Buddhism classes in 2009, and has a deep appreciation for Buddha’s teachings. He is a dedicated student on our Foundation Program and teaches with sincerity and humility.
