STOP THE PRESS: MEDITATION AND Q&A

Enjoy an inspiring and thought provoking Friday night in. Join Resident Teacher Kadam Mick Marcon as he explains and guides meditations to address problems arising in the world that week. Following the meditation, Kadam Mick will lead a short interactive Q&A session, giving those who attend the opportunity to ask questions about their daily meditation practice, or to clarify the meaning of a particular teaching. A great Friday night alternative to Netflix

Teacher

Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre and has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 2004. With his clear understanding of Buddha’s teachings and down-to-earth manner, Mick inspires us to develop a pure and happy mind.

How to attend this class

1)Live Streaming – Stream the class live or book and view the class anytime within 6 days of the live class.
Cost $10 full, $8 conc, $5 student (under 18yrs), free for LDKBC members.
To support your local Centre and respect the activity of other Kadampa Centres, we ask those who wish to book online classes to abide by the following conditions.
-Live streaming from this Centre is available only to those who live anywhere within the area between Lake Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. If you live outside this area, please use the live streaming service of your nearest Kadampa Centre.
-Classes are not to be recorded

-Book tickets for the actual number of people viewing
