Everybody welcome! Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and an opportunity for questions. No previous experience required and no need to book or complete a whole course.
The teacher of this class is Cara O’Meara who has been practising meditation and Buddhism for 9 years. Cara is a naturally warm and down to earth person, who shares her appreciation for inner development through practical and helpful advice for our daily life.
Patrick Manning started meditation & Buddhism classes in 2009, and has a deep appreciation for Buddha’s teachings. He is a dedicated student on our Foundation Program and teaches with sincerity and humility.
How to attend this class
1) LIVE STREAMING – Stream the class live or book and view the class anytime within 6 days of the live class.
Cost $10 full, $8 conc, $5 student (under 18yrs), free for LDKBC members.
