Teachers

Tony Atkinson has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for a number of years. His teachings are practical, clear and relevant to daily life.

The teacher of this class is Cara O’Meara who has been practising meditation and Buddhism for 9 years. Cara is a naturally warm and down to earth person, who shares her appreciation for inner development through practical and helpful advice for our daily life.

How to attend this class

1) LIVE STREAMING – Stream the class live or book and view the class anytime within 6 days of the live class.
Cost $10 full, $8 conc, $5 student (under 18yrs), free for LDKBC members.
To support your local Centre and respect the activity of other Kadampa Centres, we ask those who wish to book online classes to abide by the following conditions.
-Live streaming from this Centre is available only to those who live anywhere within the area between Lake Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. If you live outside this area, please use the live streaming service of your nearest Kadampa Centre.
