Stillness Within

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.’

Derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, this course will lead you on a voyage of exploration of your own mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

Drop-in any week and learn how to enjoy a profound stillness within.
